Returns

At ’t Fee Huys, we do everything we can to make you happy with your order. However, it may happen that a product is not entirely to your liking. No problem: you can easily register a return via our online Sendcloud return portal.

How does returning work?

• Go to our return portal: https://feehuys.shipping-portal.com/rp/

• Enter your order number and postcode to look up your order.

• Select the items you want to return and choose a reason for return.

• Take a photo of the product you want to return and upload it in the portal.

• During this process, you also pay the return costs directly.

• After approval, you will receive an email containing your QR code.

• Take this code to your selected parcel point, hand in your package and have your QR code scanned.

• The carrier will handle the rest.

• Your return has now been sent successfully.

Good to know

• Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be returned in good condition and in the original packaging, carefully packed.

• As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount via the same payment method you used to place your order.

• The costs for returning are always at your own expense. This means that we do not reimburse these and that you pay them yourself when creating the return label.

Tip: always keep your proof of shipment and the track & trace code until the return has been fully processed and the amount has been refunded.

With Sendcloud's return portal, we make the process as clear and simple as possible for you: you arrange it online, we do the rest as soon as the parcel is back with us.
